These two are so fun! Buying a used car has such a negative reputation, but at Double E it was honestly just so fun. They were very patient, extremely educated on their product and process, and were so willing to help at every turn, even if that meant a referral elsewhere. Thankfully, we didn't need to be referred! They had fantastic stock to choose from, and even after a last minute pivot to a different model, they not only accommodated but did so on an extremely tight timeline. They stayed late, and worked over time to ensure that we could have our new car on a road trip to see family, they worked with our bank to work out unexpected wrinkles, and get us safely on our way. They're just... absolute gems. For us, it was the right car at the best price, but we will be back because of them, not only because of their cars or prices, it's because they genuinely care. In July 2019 I needed to buy a car quickly. I wasn't sure whether to buy a used car, or a new car. I had taken the course given by Double E Motors on 'How to Buy a Used Car' last winter, so I had already met Kimberly and Erdem at that course and was impressed on how much they taught us and on what, and what not to look for in a used car. So when I had decided to buy a used car, of course, I went to them. Their expertise and patient understanding of my needs provided me with the confidence to buy 'my new to me car' from them.
